K900 smartphone with 2GHz processor launched


Lenovo recently launched a flagship smartphone based on Android software targeted to the high-end customers in the markets of India. K900 smartphone will be listed in several online and offline retailer stores across the country by the month of July. It was first showcased at CES in the beginning of this year. As per the statements made by Amar Babu, managing director of Lenovo, a whole new dimension of with the launch of 6 latest smartphones can be noticed offering excellent choice to the buyers of India. Around 3000 retailers are now placing this brand for frequent sale, and the reach will be expanded in India soon enough.
Lenovo K900 will be the prominent choice of this generation as it comes with a broad list of specification which is quite remarkable. It is integrated with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system that will enable the users to do multitasking. Along with that, it is enhanced with a superior Dual Core Intel Atom Z2580 processor with a clock speed of 2 GHz for better performance. The smartphone features the internal memory of 16 GB storage capacity but there is no confirmation regarding the external memory slot. However, it is expected to come with a microSD card slot for expansion of memory. It also comes with a powerful RAM of 2 GB.
The smartphone will boast a 5.5 inch IPS capacitive touch screen full HD display with a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels. Moving on to the other specification, the smartphone comprises a 13.1 megapixel rear facing camera with Sony Exmor BSI sensor along with a 2 megapixel camera on the front panel. The front camera has been widened to a viewing angle of 880 making it convenient enough for self portrait and video calling as well.

It also comes with a non-removable battery of 2500 mAh sufficient enough in providing longer standby time in playing videos and calling as well. Lenovo claims that this smartphone is slimmest of its class measuring 6.9 mm and weighing 162 grams. Despite of being such slimmer, it tends to be the stronger device being engineered with stainless steel construction along with a polycarbonate exterior.
