Samsung launches Galaxy S4 Active



Samsung is now becoming a rising power in the technical field that has gained popularity presenting some of the extraordinary devices of Galaxy S series. Presently, the manufacturer is now ready to launch Galaxy S4 Active smartphone targeting the high-end customers empowered with good many features and specifications. It tends to be the tougher version of Galaxy S4 as it comes with waterproof and dustproof screen, and will be slightly larger than the regular Galaxy S4 smartphones as it weighs 151 grams and measures 139.7 x 71.3 x 9.1 mm.

Samsung Galaxy S4 Active boasts a 5 inch full HD TFT LCD waterproof and dustproof (IP67) display with a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels. It is also well-equipped with a Quad Core processor of 1.9 GHz clock speed boosting the performance, and is also coupled with a RAM of 2 GB. Comparatively, the Samsung mobile price has seen a major fluctuation in terms of price tags and the S4 active fits right in the middle of that list.
The internal memory storage comes with 16 GB massive capacity which can be further expanded up to 64 GB via microSD card slot. The smartphone sports an 8 megapixel rear facing camera with LED flash and also comes with a 2 megapixel camera on the front recording HD videos. The connectivity package of this phone includes 2G, 3G, and 4G networks along with Wi-Fi connections, Bluetooth 4.0, and lots more. It is backed by a 2600 mAh powered battery providing better backup and longer standby time.
The company has confirmed that the phone will hit the markets of Europe and US this summer after its launch. The camera has gained huge appreciation as it allows the users to take photographs underwater, and the pictures and videos will be captured with high quality and clarity by turning on the Aqua mode. Furthermore, the “Glove Touch” will allow the users to operate the smartphone without taking off their gloves. As soon as it launches, it will surely hit the markets globally.
