Samsung Galaxy S4 shipments hit 20 million






The Samsung Galaxy series is already a hit in markets around the world. The latest launch of Galaxy S4 has managed to hit the market like never before. The event was released in March 14, 2013 with shipments starting from April, 2013. A report of Yonhap News claimed that Samsung sold 20 million units of Galaxy S4 by the end of June. The report also mentioned that Samsung Galaxy S III took nearly 100 days to reach this stage, so its successor is 1.7 times faster in account of market.The reports also mentioned that Samsung sold 500,000 units in Korea alone.In May, Samsung declared that 10 million units of Galaxy S4 was sold by that time. Mark Sue, RBC Capital Markets analyst, suggested that Korean smartphone manufacturer will manage to ship 80 million of unit in 2013.
Samsung Galaxy S4 comes with a 5-inch full-HD screen and an impressive 1080x1920 resolution pixels with 441ppi pixel density. Samsung Galaxy S4 comes with 1.6GHz Exynos octa-core processor in certain regions, while in some others with a 1.9GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon quad-core processor. It includes 2GB of RAM along with PowerVR SGX544MP3 triple-core GPU. It offers a mass storage capacity of 16GB, 32GB and 64GB with an option to extend the storage with micro SD card slot.
The Galaxy S4 comes with a 13 megapixel camera with a 2 megapixel front camera. Huawei, the Chinese equipment company, has officially launched its latest production which tends to be a phablet, Ascend Mate, for Rs. 24,900. The phablet is now available on several online and retailer stores priced at such amount in India. Huawei launches MediaPad 10 Link tablet for INR 24,990


Huawei, the Chinese vendor, has launched MediaPad 10 Link tablet in the Indian markets for Rs. 24,990. The tablet will now be available in multiple online and authorized retailers across the country priced at Rs. 24,990. However, the tablet is a bit overpriced and is considered to be lacking in the field of specifications and features, it still attracts the eyes of several buyers in India. Huawei MediaPad 10 Link tablet comes with a display of 10.1 inch IPS touch screen with a resolution of 1280x800 pixels.
Further details of the spec include the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system that operates the tablet with enough speed and measuring smoothness regarding the performance. It is powered by a Quad Core Cortex A9 Hi-Silicon K3V2 processor clocked the speed at 1.2 GHz. It is also powered with a RAM of 1 GB. The tablet features the internal memory of 16 GB storage capacity along with an expandable storage capacity up to 32 GB via microSD card slot.
